At Ease LLC takes its name from my late grandfather’s boat — his logo mark still carries that boat, with my daughter and our family’s cats on board. The idea behind the name is simple: work with the same steady, no-drama approach he brought to the water.
I’m a customer-centric consultant helping small and medium businesses adopt the right connectivity and SaaS solutions to hit their goals. As a subject-matter expert on tools like Outreach, Kaia, Salesforce, and Gemini, I coach teams, simplify complex technology, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals — the same approach that now runs through At Ease LLC’s Technology and Marketing lines.
Experience
13 years with Verizon Wireless in roles of increasing responsibility, including leading a team of 20 store representatives and management to drive business sales for a territory of over 12,000 new and existing clients.
