What I do
Business communications that just work
I help small and growing businesses get their phones, connectivity and communication tools set up right, and I bring the same hands-on approach to marketing and live entertainment.

Verizon One Talk
One Talk puts your business number on your desk phones, your team’s smartphones and the One Talk app, so customers reach the right person wherever they are. With a background in Verizon business sales and support, I plan and set up One Talk end to end: auto receptionists, hunt groups, business-hours schedules and call flows, then train your team so it sticks.

- Promotional material you can share. Ready-to-post content for your business, show or event.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Practical tools and training so you’re not playing catch-up.

On stage
Dirty Zen: current project
Dirty Zen is the area’s premier ’90s grunge and alt-rock cover band, playing Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Veruca Salt, Garbage and more. I play lead guitar, sing, and serve as the band’s principal sound engineer.
Off stage, Dirty Zen is a band of working professionals, several of whom hold advanced degrees. On stage, I get to be part of the stress relief we like to call angst.
OMC Archive
From jazzy to zany, I was lead guitar, vocals and the principal sound engineer for Oly Musical Chairs, a fun group that featured a rotating cast of characters. These videos are an archive of past shows only. I’m not affiliated with the current group.

Designed with Claude Code: a custom CRM
This is a custom-built consulting CRM, designed with Claude Code, that turns a daily sales routine into a single workspace. Each morning it surfaces what needs attention: replies to answer, follow-ups that are due, and calls to make. From there I work through a call queue, log every outcome, and run multi-step email, text and call sequences so no one slips through the cracks. Each contact keeps a full timeline of every touch, a deals view follows opportunities from first conversation to installed, and a weekly scorecard compares goals against actual activity. Behind the scenes it runs in the cloud with Google sign-in limited to approved accounts, nightly backups and automatic health alerts.
