Designed with Claude Code: a CRM showcase

This is a custom-built consulting CRM, designed with Claude Code, that turns a daily sales routine into a single workspace. Each morning it surfaces what needs attention: replies to answer, follow-ups that are due, and calls to make. From there I work through a call queue, log every outcome, and run multi-step email, text and call sequences so no one slips through the cracks. Each contact keeps a full timeline of every touch, a deals view follows opportunities from first conversation to installed, and a weekly scorecard compares goals against actual activity. Behind the scenes it runs in the cloud with Google sign-in limited to approved accounts, nightly backups and automatic health alerts.
